4. Artwork Sales and Policies

• Artwork availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

4.2 Original Artwork

• Original artworks are unique pieces sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Upon purchase, the physical artwork is transferred to the buyer, but the copyright remains with the artist.

4.3 Prints

• Limited edition prints are numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity.
• Digital reproduction rights are not transferred with the purchase of prints.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policies

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• International shipping may incur additional fees and customs charges.
• The artist is not responsible for damages during shipping after the artwork leaves the studio.

5.2 Returns and Exchanges

• Original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Prints may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they arrive damaged or do not match the online description.
